When people gather, they do so in faith, believing that God is caring and close to all that he has created.

They gather to WORSHIP God, - that is , to celebrate, sing and tell of His WORTH as the God who :-

• has created everything,

• Cares for his creation

• Is closer to us than we often imagine.

So, in a service, we acknowledge who God is and all that He has done for us in the person of His son, Jesus.

We acknowledge ourselves as fallible human beings who fall short of God’s standards.

We celebrate God’s goodness together.

In a service we believe that we meet with God, and are sustained and fed by God for the day, the week ahead.
