"The Avenue" used to be the stretch of road from Doncaster Road to where Harrison Road begins at the mini roundabout. Today Lodge Lane is the stretch of road from Doncaster Road to the sharp left bend. The Avenue is the short stretch from the bend to the mini roundabout.
